At Decoryouroutfit, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we offer a hassle-free Replacement within the time period mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

You can request a replacement if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective

  • The size received is different from what you ordered

  • The product is significantly different from the pictures/description

Note: We offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as β€œchange of mind” or if the customer ordered the wrong size.

2. Replacement Request Time Window

You must raise a replacement request within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.

Requests beyond 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Approval

To approve your replacement request, the following must be provided:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact


  • Photos of:

    • The damaged/defective area

    • Wrong product received

    • Packaging + shipping label

Unboxing video is mandatory to avoid misuse of the replacement policy.

5. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • A new product will be shipped within 3–5 business days

  • You may be asked to return the original product (in some cases)

  • Return pickup or self-ship instructions will be provided

If the product is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A store credit, or

  • Exchange for another item of equal value

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

We do NOT accept returns or replacements for:

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Products without original packaging or missing tags

  • Washed or used products

  • Items bought during clearance or sale (unless defective)

7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are only accepted before dispatch.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Delivery Refusal

If the customer refuses delivery without valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from any applicable store credit.
